The users with the permission to handle support tickets on your behalve (For example your support team) have a new notification center beside the regular flarum notifications. They have the Ticket notification center, which is a simple place for all ticket related notifications.
What is in it?
All ticket related notifications will appear here. You can click the "Ticket list" icon in order to visit the list with all tickets. Now it's up to you! Make people happy and solve their tickets. Make their day and enjoy your flexible ticket system. In order to prevent spam we will not show everything here, but we do add a notification here if;
- A new ticket appears.
We'll let everyone with the right permissions know that a new ticket appeared.
- A ticket is still open.
Tickets that are still open will appear here as well.
Number of new/open tickets
When there are new or open tickets, you'll find a number indicating the amount of new/open tickets.
