Filtering tickets
You can filter tickets on ticket state. By default the filter is set to tickets that are:
You can show more, or less tickets by clicking the filter buttons. When they are activated, they will show tickets with that specific status.
Filtering on a single status, for example the 'On hold' status:

As an employee or admin, you will have more ticket managing options. Also you will able to see the assignees and are you able to change the language of the ticket.
