If a user has the permission to compose a ticket, the following page will be accessible for them.
The page has the following fields:
- Language
- Subject
- Ticket information

Having multiple languages
It is possible to create multiple languages as explained here. When you have one single language, no dropdown will be visible as shown in the image above.
When you have multiple languages a dropdown will appear and the default text Your support ticket will be handled in English (English).
