Default actions
This knowledege base software makes it possible to have different actions the user can take. By default, the knowledge base has three different actions available that the user can take:
- Ask to search again or
return to the knowledge base main page

Do you like to give your users a more unique experience when no results were found? Let's customize it!
Luckely, there is a fourth option available: Show a custom message

To make it look great and give your users the best experience, you are able to use HTML in your message. Also, the {searchterm}
code is available to use. The input Nothing found for {searchterm}
will become Nothing found for apples
